Superman 80th Anniversary Animated Short | DC Kids (DC Comics, 2018)
This video is an animated-short featuring various depictions of Superman over the course of 80 years. From his very first appearance in Action Comics, viewers see Superman smoothly transition between many incarnations with different art styles as it reaches modern times. In about two minutes, from the official DC Kids page on YouTube, viewers get a visual representation of the development of this iconic hero.

Zack Snyder films (Warner Bros, 2013-2018)
The most recent universe of live-action Superman films, directed by Zack Snyder, reintroduces the hero into modern times while maintaining the spirit of the classic-story. Superman is portrayed by Henry Cavill, who performs exceptionally as the "Man of Steel". These movies are among the latest of many versions of Superman, and probably won't be the last.

Waiting for "Superman" by Davis Guggenheim (Warner Bros., 2010)
This documentary (directed by Academy Award-winning Director Davis Guggenheim) analyzes the failing educational system of the USA. Geoffrey Canada, founder of the Harlem Children's Zone and the main-speaker of this film, was inspired by the character Superman (or lack of a real one) to help children in need. While Waiting for "Superman" is not directly about the Last Son of Krypton, it shows the impact he has made on culture. American-historians, educators, and other academics will gain a new perspective on this iconic-character.
